Our own people do the work
When you hire BRC Flooring, you get Carlos Sr., Carlos Jr., and our own crew. Nobody is subcontracted. The people who walk your home and write the quote are the people who show up with tools. We have been at this since 2019, and our crew has about 30 years of combined experience.
We install carpet, hardwood, vinyl, and laminate in homes and businesses across Metro Detroit.

Most jobs finish in one day
Because the same crew handles prep and install, there is no waiting on another trade. Most rooms and many whole floors are done in a single day. Larger or more complex projects take longer and we give you the dates before we start.
Old floors that need to come out go through our floor demolition and prep service, and problems with an existing floor can be handled through floor repair.

Michigan homes, Michigan conditions
We work in 1920s brick bungalows, mid-century colonials, and newer builds in places like Troy and Dearborn. Each has its quirks: uneven wood subfloors, damp basements, or builder-grade slab.
